கிழக்கு மாகாண சபைத் தேர்தல்களம் : நாடுகடந்த தமிழீழ அரசாங்கத்தின் நிலைப்பாட்டறிக்கை !

தென்தமிழீழத்தில் சூடுபிடித்துள்ள சிறிலங்கா அரசாங்கத்தின் கிழக்கு மாகாணத் தேர்தல் தொடர்பில் நாடுகடந்த தமிழீழ அரசாங்கம் தனது நிலைப்பாட்டினை வெளிப்படுத்தி உத்தியோகபூர்வ அறிக்கையொன்றினை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

நா.த.அரசாங்கத்தின் அரசியல் விவகாரங்களுக்கான அமைச்சர் தணிகாசலம் தயாபரன் அவர்களினால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையின் முழுவடிவம் :

இலங்கைத் தீவில் தமிழ் மக்கள் தமது அரசியல் அபிலாசைகளையும்,இறைமையையும், தன்னாட்சியையும் வெளிப்படுத்த உரிய அரசியல் வெளி காணப்படாமையினாலேயே நாடு கடந்த தமிழீழ அரசாங்கம் தோற்றம் பெற்றது. இன்று புலம்பெயர் தேசம் எங்கும் சனநாயக வழி முறை மூலம் தமிழீழத்தின்தேவையை வலியுறுத்தியும், அதன் விடிவை நோக்கியும் நாடுகடந்த தமிழீழ அரசாங்கம் செயற்பட்டு வருகின்றது. 

கடந்த கால அரசியல் வரலாறும், குறிப்பாக முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் இனப்படுகொலையும், அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுவரும் தமிழ் தேசியத்தின் அடையாளத்தை அழிக்கும் நடவடிக்கைகளும் சுதந்திர இறைமையுள்ள தமிழீழமே தமிழ் மக்களைப் பாதுகாக்கக் கூடிய ஒரே அரசியல்தீர்வாகும் என்பதை தெளிவுபடுத்தியுள்ளது. அத்துடன் இதுவே அனைத்துத் தமிழ் மக்களாலும் இன்று ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்பட்ட ஒரு கருத்தியலும் ஆகும். 

'13வது அரசியல் சட்டத் திருத்தமும் மாகாண சபையும் செத்த பிணங்கள்' . இப் பிணங்களுக்கு தேர்தல் மூலம் உயிரூட்டலாம் என சர்வதேச சமுதாயம் சிந்திக்குமாயின் அது தமிழ் இனத்திற்கு தொடர்ந்து செய்து வரும் துரோகமாகவேகருதப்படும்.அத்துடன் வரும் 8ம் திகதி நடைபெறவிருக்கும் கிழக்கு மாகாணசபை தேர்தலுக்கான தமிழ் மக்களின் ஆதரவு 13வது அரசியல் சட்ட திருத்தத்திற்கானதோ அல்லது மாகாணசபைக்கான ஆதரவாகவோ கருத முடியாதென உறுதியாகத் தெரிவிக்கின்றோம்.

இருந்தாலும் மறுக்கப்பட்ட, மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட அரசியல் வெளிக்குள் தமிழ் மக்கள் தமது தேசியத்தை சர்வதேச சமுதாயத்திற்கும் சிங்களப் பேரினவாதத்திற்கும்,மீண்டும் உறுதிப்படுத்தும் வாய்ப்பாகக் கருதி தமிழ் தேசியத்திற்கு ஆதரவு தெரிவிப்பது இன்றைய காலத்தின் கட்டாயத் தேவையாக உள்ளது. இதனைப் புரிந்து கொண்டு தமிழ் தேசியத்தை வாழவைப்பது இலங்கைத் தீவில் வாழும் தமிழ் மக்களின் உரிமையும் கடமையும் ஆகும். 

இவ்வாறு நாடுகடந்த தமிழீழ அரசாங்கத்தின் அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Elections to the Eastern Provincial Council

The Transnational Government of Tamil Ealam was born in Diaspora to take up the void created in Homeland when they wrung out the political space necessary for the Tamils of the island of Sri Lanka to express their political aspirations, sovereignty, and self-rule.  Ever since, it has been promoting, through democratic means, the need for an independent and sovereign state of Tamil Ealam and the need for working for its dawn.

The activities of the Sri Lankan Government in the past, especially the Mullivaikkaal genocide and the subsequent attempts to obliterate the Tamil national identity that followed in its wake, have amply demonstrated to us that formation of a sovereign independent Tamil Ealam is the only means to safeguard the life and liberty of Tamil in our homeland. This concept of a sovereign independent Tamil Ealam also happens to be the political theme that has been adopted by the Tamils universally.

“The 13^th amendment and the Provincial Councils are both rotting corpses.” If the International community is still belaboring under the misconceived notion that these corpses can be revived through a symbolic election process, obviously it has be considered as a betrayal yet again of the Nation of Ealam Tamils.  It is in this context, that we wish to reiterate categorically that any support lent by the Tamils of Eastern Province to this impending election process should not be misconstrued as a support lent to the idea of reviving these dead corpses.

However, let us also admit the  glaring fact that the need of the hour is for us to demonstrate yet again our national identity to the international community and to the Sinhala racist hegemonists  through reaffirmation  of same  in this restricted  political space presenting itself presently. Let us not forget that the  responsibility and bounden duty of every Tamil living today in the Island of Sri Lanka is to ensure that the identity of Tamil nationalism emerges intact through these tough times  to live another day.
