ஏனெனில் இனி அகதி அந்தஸ்து வழக்கு நடாத்த முடியாதாம் !

இதே போல், சிறீலங்கா மனித குலத்துக்கு எதிரான குற்றங்களைப் புரிந்து இருக்கின்றது . அதனை சர்வதேச சமூகம் விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற மனு ஒன்று பிரித்தானிய அரசிடம் வைக்கைப்பட்டுள்ளது .
